Have you ever made plans to go to the gym, but you never went because you didn’t want to go, you got distracted doing something, your Netflix show got too good to leave, or you didn’t want to go alone?
You're not alone. There is a solution!
There are other options than just going to the gym. You can work out for home! There are so many platforms that have workout classes, or if you own a workout machine; there are many workouts that are possible for you to do on that machine.
With technology evolving many platforms have home workouts; either with no equipment or with equipment.
One platform that you can find great workouts is on YouTube.
Many channels are about fitness, nutrition, working out from home and so much more. One channel is called Pop Sugar Fitness, their channel is all about working out. They post workout classes on their channel, such as: yoga, Zumba, barre, kickboxing, etc. The classes can range from an hour to five minutes.
It’s all on your time.
Another channel is Love Sweat Fitness. Her channel is about home workouts. She does many different workouts; like legs, arms, core, abs, and so much more. Her workouts are five minutes to fifteen minutes.
These workouts are great for when you are watching a movie or show and do not want to stop watching.
YouTube is a great platform because there are so many people who have channels and choices of what kind of workouts someone wants.
TikTok is a great platform to find quick workouts.
A lot of creators on TikTok share their workout routines and their favorite workouts. A lot of the workouts on this platform are people sharing their home workouts. TikTok is a newer platform but so many people are on it, so there are tons of workouts on there.
If you are old school and like to use DVDs,
you could buy the Jillian Michael DVDs. She has so many out like Yoga Meltdown, Lift and Shred, 10 Min Body Transformation, Killer Arms & Back, and so many more. Her workouts are usually 30 minutes long. She also has an app so if you do not have a DVD player then you can order the workouts through the app.
There are so many platforms to find great home workouts on.
Sometimes it can be a pain to get out of the house and go to the gym or a workout class. Being in the own comfort of your home when starting to work out again can help a lot. Working out can be fun. I hope you try out some of the platforms!
